We ship the products in 24 to 48 working hours.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5-8 working days, depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks, depending upon the product's availability. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India, the delivery may take up to 10 working days.
The tracking information will be shared with your email address when the product ships. If you have not received it, please write to us at support@ivory-label.com within 48 hours of placing the order.
All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress using the pincode.
It is a rare case as the product is usually received by family members, neighbours, and flatmates or delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases, we will refund the total amount to the customer after adequately investigating the case, which takes 10 working days.
If you get the notification for the delivery of the order and have not received the product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it. After the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses
